William F. Hauserman, Managing Partner
William F. Hauserman is Managing Partner of Application Solutions Group. He is responsible for client companies achieving outstanding operational results, cost savings and productivity improvements through the installation of profit-growth processes, systems and procedures.
Mr. Hauserman has almost 30 years consulting and training experience with companies in manufacturing, process industries and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining ASG, he was a Partner and Practice Leader with Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. specializing in installing structured thinking skills and systems - decision-making, problem-solving, problem prevention - within manufacturing clients and technical environments.
During his career Mr. Hauserman has worked extensively in the paper industry with companies such as Bowater, Caraustar, Georgia-Pacific, James River, International Paper, MeadWestvaco, Sonoco and Smurfit-Stone. In addition, he has consulted with numerous manufacturers including Henkel Electronic Materials, Paragon Plastics, Boral Bricks and Hercules Chemical, as well as NISH and Chimes of Baltimore, both non-profit organizations.
Mr. Hauserman holds a BA in Political Science from North Georgia College and an MPA from Pepperdine University. He is a former US Army officer with command and staff assignments, including a tour of duty as an Organizational Effectiveness Staff Officer (OD consultant).
